W trakcie trzech ciekawych sesji wykładowych uczestnicy mogli się zapoznać z najnowszymi metodami i technologiami w leczeniu ran, a także zdobyć wiele praktycznych informacji na temat postępowania z ranami o zróżnicowanej etiologii. Wykłady cieszyły się ogromnym zainteresowaniem i aktywnością uczestników. Wzięło w nich udział ponad 2500 osób.
Pierwszy dzień IV Forum Leczenia Ran obfitował w interesujące wykłady, podczas których specjaliści w dziedzinie leczenia ran przybliżyli uczestnikom wiele zagadnień związanych z nowoczesnymi środkami i metodami, które znajdują zastosowanie w terapii ran o różnej etiologii. Ważnym tematem było także postępowanie z ranami w praktyce pielęgniarskiej.
Sesje I i II – Nowoczesne metody i technologie w leczeniu ran
W ramach dwóch pierwszych sesji swoje wykłady wygłosili światowej sławy eksperci w leczeniu ran. Prof. Hans Smola przedstawił ocenę kliniczną opatrunków piankowych zawierających uwodniony poliuretan o działaniu stymulującym działanie czynników wzrostu. Prof. Axel Kramer przedstawił natomiast przemówienie, w którym objaśnił, dlaczego należy być na bieżąco z najnowszą wiedzą medyczną. Ekspert opowiedział także o strategii MOIST oraz o nowoczesnych antyseptykach stosowanych w leczeniu ran. Jak podsumował swoje przemówienie prof. Kramer:
– Nie jest sztuką zastosować antyseptyk o najszerszym spektrum działania do każdego wskazania. Pierwszym wyborem powinien być ten antyseptyk, który jest najbezpieczniejszy i zgodny ze wskazaniem.
W trakcie sesji uczestnicy zdobyli dużo praktycznych informacji na temat nowoczesnych rozwiązań w leczeniu ran. Dr hab. n. med. Marek Kucharzewski oraz mgr Elżbieta Szkiler szczegółowo objaśnili słuchaczom procedury dotyczące postępowania z ranami trudno gojącymi się w kontekście wytycznych Stowarzyszenia Naukowego Leczenia Ran. Jak podkreśliła mgr Elżbieta Szkiler w swoim wystąpieniu:
– Naszym zadaniem jako medyków jest prawidłowe działanie zgodne z wytycznymi. Postępowanie z raną to skomplikowana operacja. Dla bezpieczeństwa pacjenta musimy wyznaczyć sobie ścisłe ramy tego, w jaki sposób, według jakich zasad i w jakich przedziałach czasowych postępować z raną. Należy pamiętać, że nieprawidłowe postępowanie z raną prowadzi do degeneracji tkanki, dlatego stosowanie aktualnych wytycznych jest tak bardzo istotne.
Mgr Magdalena Wolska-Jachimowska objaśniła natomiast zasady stosowania antyseptyków i maści hydrofilowej w podologii. Ważnym tematem było również leczenie ran w realiach pandemii. Wykład na ten temat przedstawił mgr Krzysztof Sumiński.
Sesja III – Rany w praktyce pielęgniarskiej
Podczas ostatniej sesji uczestnicy mogli się zapoznać z zasadami opieki nad raną w pracy pielęgniarki. Ta część konferencji cieszyła się ogromnym zainteresowaniem i zaangażowaniem uczestników.
Ciekawe wykłady na ten temat przedstawiły mgr Zuzanna Konrady i mgr Sylwia Rogowska, pielęgniarki z bogatym doświadczeniem w leczeniu ran trudno gojących się. Mgr Monika Aleksy-Polipowska przedstawiła natomiast zasady terapii ran u pacjentów z nowotworami. Wszystkie przemówienia w ramach sesji pielęgniarskiej obfitowały zarówno w praktyczne wskazówki, jak i opisy prawdziwych przypadków z praktyk prelegentek. Słuchacze otrzymali w ramach tej sesji ogromną dawkę przydatnej wiedzy.
